Government, military & employer programs — purchase-card ready

Yes — Aura Wellness & Aesthetics accepts government purchase cards. We deliver fixed-price, nurse-practitioner-led health education, screening days, wellness series and clinical training for JBSA units, VA programs, Texas agencies and employers. Every fixed-price unit is priced under the federal $15,000 micro-purchase threshold[1] and is delivered as professional services by a licensed nurse practitioner[2].

How to buy

Government purchase card accepted

Visa / Mastercard purchase cards accepted, no deposit. Itemized receipt with your PO/reference number and a $0 sales-tax line.[5]

Federal: at or under $15,000, no competition and no SAM lookup

The federal micro-purchase threshold is $15,000. Micro-purchases may be made without soliciting competitive quotes when the price is reasonable, and SAM registration is not required when the purchase card is both the purchasing and the payment method. Your agency's card policy controls.[1,3,6]

Professional services — not SCLS

Every unit is professional services performed by a licensed nurse practitioner, which the Service Contract Labor Standards do not cover, so the $15,000 micro-purchase threshold can apply instead of the $2,500 limit for SCLS-covered services. Some card programs cap all services at $2,500 by local policy (JBSA does), so M1, M6 and M7 are each priced under $2,500; larger units can go through your contracting office.[2,1,7]

Training: SF-182 accepted

Course seats for your clinicians can be bought on an SF-182 training request. Ask for the ACI-201 course sheet: vendor block, hours, price per seat, cancellation terms.[4,8]

Texas agencies and universities

Texas state agencies may buy at or under $10,000 without competitive bids; $10,001-$25,000 requires informal bids including HUBs. Aura's Texas VetHUB and CMBL applications are in progress.[9,10]

One requirement, one quote

Each quotation is a single requirement. We never split a purchase to fit a card limit; larger programs go to your contracting office (BPA or simplified acquisition).[1]

What we can and can’t sell to an agency

Federal agencies may fund preventive health programs for employees[11] and employee training[4]. We design every engagement to fit those purposes — education, screening, programs and training, not treatments. We do not provide personal services under government supervision[12].

We can provide

  • Health education sessions (menopause, metabolic health, sleep and hormones, skin health for shift workers)
  • Screening events delivered by a nurse practitioner
  • Program blocks: quarterly series, Whole Health / well-being classes
  • Training and CE seats for clinicians (SF-182)
  • Speaker and instructor fees for awareness months and resilience days

We don’t sell to agencies

  • Aesthetic treatments for individual employees (injectables, fillers, microneedling)
  • IV hydration, vitamin drips or NAD+ for employees
  • Gift cards, raffle prizes or food
  • Employee "perks" or discount programs (those are sold to employees, not agencies)
  • Personal services where the government would supervise Aura staff
